David Orcutt has more than 18 years of healthcare management experience. He worked in various positions in Health Management Associates, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital. He later joined Community Health Systems as CEO of Lake Granbury Medical Center. For the last 5 years, he has enjoyed his role as CEO at Medical City Weatherford, formerly Weatherford Regional Medical Center.
Prior to working in healthcare, Mr. Orcutt served on active duty as a submarine officer in the US Navy for eight years. He retired as a Commander from the US Naval Reserves in 2012, having commanded units supporting Amphibious Group One and a waterfront unit in Meridian, MS.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
Chief Financial Officer of Medical City Weatherford
Nancy Cooke is the Chief Financial Officer at Medical City Weatherford. As CFO, Cooke has direct reporting responsibility for all financial departments including Finance, Patient Account Services, Health Information Management, Case Management, Revenue Integrity, Information Technology, and Supply Chain. Cooke also serves as the Facility Ethics and Compliance Officer.
Cooke began her career at Medical City Weatherford in 1989 as Chief Financial Officer. Throughout her career, Cooke has displayed a track record of proven results with financial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
A native Texan, Cooke is a licensed CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting from Hardin-Simmons University.
Donna Boone, MS, RN
Chief Nursing Officer of Medical City Weatherford
Donna Boone, MS, RN, serves as the Chief Nursing Officer for Medical City Weatherford. Donna has 40 years in healthcare holding several positions including Clinical Manager for Medical Surgical Services, Nursing Supervisor, and 25 years in her current role. She has been part of a team that has contributed to increased volumes and growth, opened new services, and expanded lines of service. During her tenure, she has supported the organization in its efforts to improve quality and service with recognition from The Joint Commission as a Top Performer, designation as a Stroke Center, and accreditation as a Chest Pain Center. Donna believes in empowering clinical staff to use evidence based practice in their care delivery to facilitate the best outcomes possible for the patients we serve. Committed to learning, she received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Tarrant College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Texas Christian University, and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Donna is also certified in Nursing Administration through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing.
She is also active in the community having served on various Boards and Advisory Committees for Weatherford College and Tarleton State University Nursing Programs.
Neysa P. Roper, SHRM-CP
Vice President Human Resources
Neysa Roper serves Medical City Healthcare as the Vice President Human Resources for Medical City Weatherford. Ms. Roper grew up in healthcare, starting as a PBX operator and Mental Health Worker before entering into the world of Human Resources and boast over 30 years of experience. Prior to joining HCA, she led Human Resource departments for Tenet, UHS and CHS hospitals. She also served in the capacity of Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for a Texas bases Home Health/Community Based Alternative Program Agency She attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Human Resources Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP)
Suzanne Pilette, MSN, RN
Director Quality Risk Management
Suzanne Pilette, MSN, RN, serves as the director over quality and risk management operations for Medical City Weatherford. Pilette joined Medical City Weatherford in November 2016 and brings years of experience in healthcare quality and risk management. Previously, Pilette worked with Methodist Mansfield Medical Center and Texas Health Resources in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Alliance, and Stephenville locations. She is a graduate of the University of Texas in Tyler, Texas, and received a Master of Science in Nursing. Pilette is an active member of the National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
